Yeah you can buy a Ouija board at most department stores, and it is sold as a game. However the intent when using the "game" is to contact spirits from the other side. Basically you are attempting to open a portal that anything can come through if not done in the proper manner, and if not "closed" properly when done that portal can stay open. I think ouija boards can be dangerous. I agree with whitelight.....call the school. Lisa B.

Hey Julie,
Thanks for the kudos. It is an awesome team. Very compassionate, knowledgeable and generous with their time. I have learned a lot working with all of you. Thank you for sharing your gifts!

I think that fact that so many people have concerns about this "game" and the fact that this is not exactly an official measurable study, the school administrators would think twice about this little exercise. As a parent, I'd be going to the School Board- before it happens.

WOW! its been so long since I've had internet access and to be welcomed back to the technology world with this congratulations is very heart warming! It has been a whole year. I really cant believe it. It's such an honor to work with the people that dedicate their time to supporting others in need of our services. Lisa B has been there from the very begining and members like whitelight came soon after. Its been so enriching to have you in our lives and working side by side with both of you. Looking back on how much we've grown in such a short period of time it makes me antsy for the future with MGHS. Thank you all for your support as we travel down this road less traveled. It's all of your kind words and questions that keep us out there in the field trying to find the answers.
Sincerely,
Julie - MGHS Co-Founder

I just saw two classes offered at the Lisbon Adult Ed for this spring. I think each was 7 weeks and the Reiki 1 was $150 and Reiki 2 was $300.

How would you feel about this....??,

My daughter goes to a high school near by us and I guess this one teacher was told by a student in class, that he played a Ouija Board and it spelled out a name and answered their questions. The class is right now Socialogy and will turn into Psychology for the next semester...
Well the teacher has stated that he will prove that playing with the Ouija Board is hogwash and BS and that nothing will happen and he plans to bring one in school to prove it and use it in front of the class, when the course turns to Psychology for the semester.
Firstly My daughter is not going to be present at school that day for this session. I don't like Ouija Boards and in my experiences have had more harm then good from them, in my own experiences.
Secondly I don't think in my opinion only, that they belong in a school environment. To me that it is telling the class it is okay to delve into this type of communications without the experience to use them, or knowledge to handle them. Plus to me it has very little to do with Psychology in my opinion other then the beliefs of what can manifest from these boards and how most Psychologist or people of science find these boards to be just that boards and nothing more. What I would
Like to know what you all feel about this topic? Do you feel it would be all right for your student in High School to be present at his classroom that day? Do you feel that it belongs in school? And should be part of a teaching program?
I am only asking as I like your opinions there is no right or wrong answer to it I just want opinons be as open as you like. I appreciate anything you all have to say on the topic :) Thanks again..

I took mine through the Waterville Hospice program. If you check the adult ed classes you sometimes can find a Reiki class. I know my Reiki Master used to teach Reiki at the Waterville adult ed. Other than that you would have to search for a Reiki teacher to get classes...........Lisa B.

Lisa yes technology is a wonderful thing isn't it! It is easy to bring up a house picture as long as there is a Google street view.. it can be done.
Some areas don't have that yet.
But Summer yes it does look creepy and so does the house next to it! LOL To me anyways!
My home looks really scary though they have cut it up into apartments last I knew they also had one in the basement where most of the activity takes place! yah i know! Wonderful!
But the very top of the home is where I lived for a long time. And then there are two apartments below and then now one in the basement and last I knew a house outback too.
Lisa yes I am a long ways from home! :) First was in Utah and had to move even further East lol :) Went to Maine and now looking to move to Arizona cold is too much and snow here ugh! Looking at Tombstone Arizona or near it :)

Oh, there'd be lots to see, I'm sure. Especially if I was there, since she was "my buddy"! Especially since she was able to draw in enough energy to show herself so clearly and move objects (flip silverware out of the sink, move my mothers shoes around and open and close doors and windows) and interact so willingly with people. I bet she moved on though, since my parents thought that she may have left the last few years they were there .... my mom thinks it's because I was grown and married and living in another state etc. Who knows! I'd like to think she moved on!
