What the real experts in the field of paranormal studies think of these TV shows.....
As with all of the topics that have been touched upon in this thread (religion, science, politics), it will be a difficult road for the study of paranormal phenomena to become an actual science, because there is so much contreversy and differing opinions that surround it. I think that one of the most frusterating things for me is that we can actually capture proof; documented, recorded proof, and it still doesn't matter.
As far as religion and the paranormal being tied together, I don't believe that will ever stop. One of the main subjects of paranormal study is the quest for proof of life after death, which is almost exactly the same foundation of what religion is made from.
Anyways, I'm not gonna let any of it get me down....because Summer loves me again :D

I do remember that movie Robin of the one that the lady is being raped that was a horrendous movie to watch I tell you and that woman kept moving and moving and no one in the community anywhere could help her it seemed or wanted to for that matter or had the talent to which was a shame.. If i remember right she moved it enough it finally faded away but can you imagine her children later?? Wow just remembering that.. the incidents she went through and all.. but i have to agree...paranormal/religion need to be seperated just as politics as well does from religion i agree Robin.. well stated...
