So over the weekend I had another experience which is only paranormal because we have no other explanation for it. So here is what happened:
I was staying at my dad's house in NH for father's day weekend and now my dad's house has never been one to show signs of paranormal activity except for the stuff with the FBA of my mother appearing to me and my dad. Well my dad is older and uses one of the daily pill storage things that you put your pills in for a week so you remember to take them. Well overnight one of his pills ended up on top of the sunday compartment and neither me or my dad moved it.It wouldn't be so significant except the pill actually was not spilled out or anything because the pill was moved from the friday container to the top of the sunday one and the thing about it is...the lids on each day snap shut and they were all tightly shut.
now if anybody has any ideas how they moved, please feel free to share.

It is not uncommon for a spirit to move things, hide things, then return them. I dont think there is a good explanation as to how this happens, but looks like you have a prankster in your midst.........
I agree with Lisa we have things move in our Pantry from time to time.. change locations and be put in places we did not put them.. and even they play with the spaghetti and macaroni boxes...see how far they can pile them before they fall I guess! LOL
And other things happen here it is getting interesting.. I think it is the two kids still here.. things have been quiet lately...but let me tell you when we least expect it....something funny happens...LOL

Well Scotty, to better apply an answer to this result, sometimes electricity surges are so light that they only effect one or maybe two different objects. In your case, if you indeed had a surge, you may have had it so small that it only effected these two objects. Now, another result in this happening is false wiring shortages, which is where the wiring is stepped on, or torn, or something in the wire (under the plastic cover) is damaged or bumped or hurt. False wiring can also cause this to happen.
As for your first post, it is quite unexplainable. Other than our knowledgebase (Kaspr) has lost his cookies, we might have an explaination LOL. Anyways, my explaination is this:
1. You're haunted (Could be, not always the case, but it's a possibility)
2. You're haunted by kids (Wraps up the first one)
3. You're pranking your Father (Not likely, but hey, it's logical) LOL.
4. You're being pranked (Logical, likely.)
Just something I thought of. Was there anyone else in the house? Mother, Sister, Brother? Anyone other than you and your dad? Maybe if there was a young child there, they pranked you :)

First off, we thought of faulty wiring but we have since checked out all the wiring and nothing we could find. I always thought it was a power surge but could also make sense for paranormal activity. (Since I am mainly a debunker, I say power surge)
As for the first incident, the only ones in my house was me and my dad. I didn't have any part in moving the pill and neither did my dad and I truely believe him when he says he didn't. My dad is never one to do that. He brought to my attention to ask why I moved it on him.
Kaspr losing his cookies?? Hmm I don't see that.. lol
But I have to still say it is kid or two in the house having fun :)
And I am glad I am not the only one that is speechless around Kaspr lol :)

I know this is months later, but thought I'd post my thoughts.
Do you think there is a possibility that your Dad unknowingly did this? I say this because years ago I found a book of stamps in my refrigerator. (What the H ---?!) Found out later, that I had gotten up in the night (fully still asleep), and put them there myself! That I know of, I've never done this before or since.
I think electrical objects are extremely easy for spirits to manipulate, so although it could be a power surge, it also could be spirit activity, especially if it continues.
Did the stamps still work after being in the fridge?? I know I am just curious where they are self sticking and then the dampness lol :)
