Watermelon, Oranges, Grapes, Grapefruits (peeled and chopped up) and Ice and some water in a blender Charge it up and nice fruity slushy!

Also you can make a wonderful salad with raw spinach or lettuce.. we use raw spinach and then we use cucumbers, onions. tamatoes, fresh bellpepper,  green onions if want...for colour.. (chop the veggies finely..)
what we do is take a plate and put the spinach around the plate, in the middle we put the tamatoes and then around the tamatoes we put the cucumbers and then the green onions on the top or the onions red or yellow no matter there.. and then we sometimes add mushrooms and then your favourite dressing..and then around all this on the edge of the plate we put grapefruits and/or oranges peeled in peices all around and we put the dressing on the salad and serve it... we give this to grandpa all the time!
We put a dash of pepper and mrs. dash on it and garlic and it is yum!

Another I do is homemade salsa.. tamatoes, bellpepper, and garlic fresh or garlic powder, onions, green onions preferred,(dice all this in small peices too) and cook it till all is soft and done in tamato sauce with no salt and/or no cholesterol or calories..serve it with some unsalted chips or on top of no meat spaghetti with pepper and garlic powder and mrs. dash.. very yummy!

Can use this salsa cold just chill it..

eww yummy!

there is another dish I made last night was:
take a tortilla and put it on your burner, no grease used this way..and let it cook put it on medium or high whatever and watch it closely.. till you know cooked.. turn it over and over.. then put it off to the side..
then fry up I use spray pan stuff no nothing in it, no cholesterol and no fats in it...and fry up your veggies, whether it be cucumber, tamatoes, onions and green onions and can use yellow or red onions and bellpepper, and other veggies...chopped finely..
take the mixture put it in the tortilla can add rice to this,
tamato sauce to it pepper, garlic powder and mrs. dash original to it.. yummy!
You can even season this with Soy Sauce too!

ITS PROBABLY NOT THAT BAD AS FAR AS PULLED PORK GO'S, I USE THE WHOLE PORK LOINS FROM SAM'S CLUB WHICH IS MOSTLY WHITE MEAT WITH VERY LITTLE FAT. AND THEN SMOKE THEM FOR ABOUT 5 HOURS WHICH RENDERS OFF JUST ABOUT ANY FAT THERE IS. THE REST IS TOP SECRET!! SORRYgrin
