This section is going to be great for all of us. It's a place where we can download what happens out in the field and process with others. You all know I have to post something about confidentiality since we can get into trouble quite easily.
Do NOT reference time, location or names when posting. We do have a media release but that line can get crossed pretty easily. I just posted about something that happened to Jim on an investigation but I did not refernece any of the above mentioned...just that it happened and my point was made.
Have fun and maybe we can get some of our homeowners in here to process their own cases with all of you!

That would be awesome if the homeowners would be willing to come on here and discuss their own cases.. I would love to learn more of their experiences.. and what they went through, it is a learning scenario for me.
And most importantly I can see where you are coming from Julie and Robin.. on confidentiality..i find that the most of utter importance when stating any place and/or even a public place, not just a private place.. without the proper permissions, that public place can end up closed to those truly wanting to investigate.. thanks for posting this..
