2 cups and a 1 tblespoon white sugar
2 teaspns vanilla extract
5 eggs
1 cup and 1 tblespoon flour all purpose
2/3 cup and 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
3/4 tspn baking powder

Oven should be at 350.
Grease an 8 inch square pan ( I sometimes use a larger pan)
Large bowl blend in melted butter, sugar and vanilla. Beat in eggs one at a time and combine the flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Gradually blend into the egg mixture. Spread the batter into the prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until Brownies pull from the side of the pan. Let Brownies cool and cut up and enjoy..
NOTE: it does not take mine 40-45 minutes to get done.. sometimes less check them in 30 minutes or so ;) Cuz I use a larger pan I think so more thinned out.
